Paul Heyman nega tar a ajudar Brock Lesnar

Depois das afirmações de Mark Madden, antigo comentador da WCW, terem sido tornadas públicas, Paul Heyman apressou-se a desmentir o mesmo. Segundo Heyman, ele não teve qualquer influência nas promos de Brock Lesnar, dando assim todo o mérito à WWE e a Lesnar. As afirmações de Paul Heyman foram as seguintes:
“@MarkMaddenX As flattered as I am by the notion, I have nothing to do with #BrockLesnar’s @WWE promos. Believe it or not, @WWE got it right … in a BIG way … with that #DeathClutch promo last week on #RAW. I’d love to take even a tiny bit of the credit for that promo, but it all belongs to @WWE and Brock himself!”
